Async Event logger for some Garmin units

Since it was found that the Garmin GPS12 and GPS12XL could provide some raw data as async messages, some people have been trying to understand and decode those messages.

In order to facilitate other people to begin tinkering with those messages I'm posting the programs I have been using to log and parse these messages. Previous versions of these programs (mainly those options related to the generation of Rinex files) had several important bugs. If you downloaded them prior to Jun 20 2000, please consider downloading them again. Several improvements have also been added.

Sources are supplied for Windows (VC++) and Linux (gcc).
The Linux version uses some modified functions from the Jeeps library for the low level serial communications.
